Hot Rub for sore tired muscles, aches and pains, arthritis, and restless legs.  Rub on your feet after long walks or hikes. Great for after surgery.  

Massage it in firmly.  It will not stay hot, but the anti-inflammatory properties of Hemp and Kawakawa means it will keep on working for you.

Nurture for healing those cuts and bruises, bites and scratches, or for any skin conditions such a eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis.  It is great for dry patches and can be used as a hand cream.
