Shipping policy

Shipping. Items will be shipped within 24 hours if ordered between Monday morning and midday Friday. If you order during the weekend or on a public holiday then items will be shipped within 24 hours from the next business day. 

Free Shipping Discount. Free shipping on all domestic economy orders over $80. Rural delivery orders will be discounted the cost of the shipping but still incur the rural delivery surcharge of NZ $5.70. The only product excluded from the free shipping discount is laundry powder as this product is already discounted (sold at the wholesale, not retail rate).

Domestic Delivery Times. All orders are shipped through NZ Post who advise the following approximate shipping times:

Domestic Economy: up to 3 working days.
Domestic Rural: may take longer than 3 days.
Domestic Courier (signature and non-signature): next working day.
Domestic Rural Courier (signature and non-signature): may take longer than 1 working day.

Australia Delivery Times. All orders are shipped through NZ Post who advise the following approximate shipping times:

Australia Economy: 3-6 working days.
Australia Courier: 2-3 working days.

International Delivery Times. All orders are shipped through NZ Post who advise the following approximate shipping times:

International Economy: 6-13 working days.
International Courier: 4-6 working days.
